S U C C E S S.  A seven letter word which everyone aims to achieve. But how can we obtain success?

Success can’t certainly be done without cooperation and teamwork.



Teamwork is an essential tool for workplace success. It is the ability to work together towards a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments, towards organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results.

In order to perform tasks efficiently, we need teamwork. In some points, maybe working with others (together as a team) can be hard. Managing time, planning meet-ups and functioning as one entity takes practice and loads of patience. In this sense, the more practice you get in a group setting, the better. Best thing about teamwork? It is an excellent way to gather basic life skills and also gives us incredible lessons that can make us a better person. It also demonstrates high emotional intelligence which is a skill that transcends you in specific environments.

 

So be a team! Work together, have cooperation and consideration within each other and give your best in every situation. Don’t bring someone down, instead give each other a helping hand and together soar high and be the best team that you can be.

RODRIGUEZ, THEA NICOLE (16)

Eya is a one happy-go-lucky girl. She maybe like that but she’s very serious when it comes to her academics and when handling tasks. She’s very helpful to everyone. A friendly and a responsible girl who communicates well with everyone to accomplish something accurately. She knows how to handle her team. One thing you’ll appreciate about her is that she always thinks about the welfare of everyone before anything else.



 

 

PANUNCIAL, ALECA SCHILT (17)

A young girl who knows how to handle things in difficult situations.
She always makes plans for everyone. Aleca knows what she is capable of, thus, using it as an advantage when she performs a task. She only settles when everything is already set. She may look kind of strict at first but if you get to know her more, you’ll see a different and way crazier version of her.



 

 

RABANAL, ADREAN (17)

Your boy-next-door type of guy. He’s very talented. Adored by many, but still keeps his feet on the ground, a very humble guy indeed. Adrean is very helpful and can be trusted at all times. He is quite a good listener and definitely the best companion you could ever have. He might be very busy at times but believe me he still can manage to spend time with his friends and of course for a certain task to be done immediately.

 

 

 



QUIMBO, MIKAELA FAITH (17)

A woman which cannot be compared to others. Faith is a simple girl with a personality that others don’t posess. She is unique in her own way because she is true to herself and to others as well. Most especially, she is very contented with the things and the people she has in her life right now.



 

 

PELLERIN, KIER ANTHONY (17)

Soft and fluffy he may seem in the outside, but Kier has a very strong personality in the inside. He already went through a lot of things and he endured everything still with a bright smile plastered on his face. He has a quirky sense of humor. He can make people laugh without even knowing it. He is the mood setter of the team. He often lifts up the mood of his team when things get rough.

 

 

 

 

WHO IS ‘TCOC’?



TCOC or The Catalysts Of Change is an effective and active group of distinctive individuals who strives hard and gives their best to attain the goal they aim. They have creative and productive minds.  They help each other in every situation. They know truthfully what their schedule is like, how each member should function, what their best assets are and what they think someone else could do better. They know absolutely the art of teamwork.

 

 

 

Different personalities. Different attitudes. But bounded together by one responsibility, one vision and one goal.  And this is our TEAM! “Alone we can make less but by working together we can make everything possible”
